If you’re traveling with a lot of people and don’t want to spend a fortune at a hotel, this is the house to book. There’s a big driveway for parking the cars free of charge. University Circle is less than a few miles away, which gives you access to Little Italy, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Art Museum, CWRU, and a variety of restaurants and bakeries.

This home has hardwood floors throughout. There is no carpet. The living room is set up for relaxing. There’s a Smart TV with Roku and preprogrammed Sling TV. Fast WiFi too. The dining room seats 4 people and connects to the kitchenette area for additional eating (seats 4 people). The screened-in porch connects to the dining room – great for evening drinks or morning coffee and reading. The kitchen comes with all cookware, stove/oven, and fridge. NOTE: no dishwasher.

There’s a half bathroom on the first floor. Head up to the second floor to find two bedrooms and the master bedroom. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a standing shower, toilet, and sink. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and full bed. There’s a second full bathroom too.

The third floor attic suite is incredibly quiet. It has two single beds and a bathroom with a claw-foot tub, sink, and toilet.

The finished basement works well for storing items, and there’s a space for doing laundry. We provide a washer and dryer.
