Welcome to our Maple Road home!

The house is located on a family-friendly street within walking distance to a popular Jewish Orthodox neighborhood. Friendly neighbors and close to major Cleveland attractions, including Cleveland Clinic, Little Italy, CWRU, and University Hospitals.

This home is pet friendly – as a courtesy, if you plan to bring pets PLEASE ALERT US BEFORE BOOKING.

The 3 bed, 1.5 bath home is located off of Mayfield Road in Cleveland Heights. The home sits on a somewhat busy street (usually more traffic in the morning and evening due to schools being close by).

The open living and dining room are made for relaxing and entertaining. There’s a mounted Smart TV in the living room with ROKU hookup.

The dining room area seats 4 people and connects to the kitchen. All appliances (dishwasher, gas stove, fridge, oven) provided, along with basic cookware, dish ware, and cutlery provided.

The half bathroom is located in the basement near the laundry room where you’ll find a washer and dryer.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV with ROKU hookup. The other 2 bedrooms have a full and single bed. The full bathroom is a shower/tub combo.

Huge backyard and tons of driveway space.

You’re just a short drive to grocery stores, Whole Foods, the Cedar Lee Independent movie theater, Cleveland Heights Public Library, and more. Street parking is free during the day, but you will need to move your vehicle into the driveway before 9:00 p.m. Super easy to catch and Uber or a Lyft and to have food delivered to the door! The home uses RING security system.
