This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, perfect for spacious living and for those who need a first floor bedroom and bathroom or for those who are bringing pets.

Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Case Western Reserve are about a 10 to 15 minute drive from the house. The Forest Hills Playground and Park are within walk distance of the home as well as Starbucks for grabbing morning coffee. You’re super close by to fabulous restaurants with takeout or in-person dining (Thai, Lebanese, Japanese, traditional American), grocery stores, wine bars, breweries, Target, shopping, and more.

The lovely brick home has a large driveway with a two-car attached garage. The ultra modern kitchen comes beautifully lined with black granite countertops, all major appliances, and a seating area overlooking the scenic fenced-in backyard (perfect for pets!). Specialty cookware available upon request.

The living room has a big sofa, an accent chair, and a big Smart TV with Roku (We’ve installed YouTube TV for you to use free of charge too).The dining room seats 6 and connects directly to the kitchen and to a glassed-in porch that leads out to the backyard.

The first floor features a master suite with a queen bed. Plenty of closet space and a full bathroom (shower/tub combo). The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is a master bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a twin bed, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Full bath is shower/tub combo.

The basement is finished and there’s a laundry room with washer and dryer. Super fast WiFi and whole house security system included.
