Welcome to our Blanche Avenue home in Cleveland Heights!

The house is a short drive to Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, CWRU, John Carroll University, and other Cleveland destinations. Close by to playgrounds, parks, Target, Whole Foods, grocery stores, and international dining.

The living room has a big leather couch and a Smart TV with Roku hookup. The dining room seats 4 people and overlooks the fenced-in backyard. You are welcome to use our organic veggie garden during your stay!

The spacious kitchen has plenty of room for cooking – gas stove/oven, fridge, and all major cookware. NOTE: NO DISHWASHER PROVIDED.

Half bathroom on the first floor and laundry facilities in the basement. Three bedrooms on the second floor (2 queens, 1 full) and a full bathroom (shower/tub combo).

A word from a Blanche Avenue guest..
We stayed at this rental house for three weeks while we waited for construction to finish on our permanent housing in Hudson, Ohio. The location is great – close to plenty of grocery stores, takeout options and some nice parks. We have a two-year-old who particularly enjoyed the neighborhood. Like others shared, the stairs are steep (but we brought a baby gate) and there are the quirks that you would expect in an older house, but all in all this space worked so well for us. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and the kitchen/main living area is nice and big. We also loved being able to pick some delicious cherry tomatoes from the back yard garden. Lindsey was an attentive host who was always very responsive. Highly recommend this property and so appreciate having had the chance to call it home for three weeks! – Anna B., from Hudson, Ohio.
