Trouble finding last minute housing during the Coronavirus crisis? This house is available for move in RIGHT NOW and is located minutes to Cleveland Clinic & University Hospitals.
A note about our operations during the Coronavirus: We do a THOROUGH cleaning of the property before any new tenant arrives, OR if you’re not comfortable with having anyone enter the home before your arrival then give me the heads up and I’ll make sure our staff does not enter beforehand. We’re happy to drop off supplies at the door and will provide self check-in information before your arrival.
About The Space
Live in a historic home on a quiet, family-friendly street with no cut through traffic. There’s a large fenced-in backyard, cozy bedrooms, a big kitchen & dining room that are perfect for entertaining & cooking, and a two-car attached garage.
We receive many compliments on the home’s airiness and spaciousness. Original artwork from a local Cleveland artist adorn the rooms and spaces. The backyard is fully fenced-in and pets are welcome. Please alert me beforehand with the number of pets.
On the first floor you’ll find a half bathroom near the home’s side door entrance. The living room has a leather sofa and two sitting chairs. The smart TV has a ROKU hookup, and we’ve set up YouTube TV for you to use, or you can login to other applications (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc). There is a carpeted sunroom attached to the living room. The sun room is not heated, but it makes for a perfect spot during the day with its loads of natural sunlight.
The kitchen and dining room are connected. French-style doors let in loads of light and provide easy access to the backyard. There are granite countertops and all appliances and cookware. The dining room table seats 6 people. Additional cookware is available upon request.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a bathroom with a claw-foot tub, toilet, and sink area. One of the bedrooms is carpeted. The master bedroom is secluded with its own private full bathroom. A second smart TV is set up and there are a total of 4 closets in the master bed.
The finished basement is huge – makes great for storing belongings and luggage. There’s a separate room for laundry with a washer and dryer.
Other Features: High speed WiFi, whole-house security system, two-car attached garage, plenty of driveway space, and central air.
Other Things To Note
The bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor, and the laundry room is located in the basement. It’s important that guests are comfortable with climbing stairs. The half bathroom is located on the first floor, right across from the kitchen area. Pet deposit based on number of pets and length of stay.
Features Of The Neighborhood:
A quiet area filled with dog and evening stroll walkers. This home is located in one of John D. Rockefeller’s planned neighborhoods. Walk across Monticello Road to find historic Rockefeller mansions.
This home comes with an attached two-garage and plenty of driveway space. The RTA bus lines runs on both Monticello and Mayfield Road. Both buses can take you to the Coventry Road restaurant/entertainment area, and to the University Circle area (home to the Cleveland Clinic, CWRU, etc).
Hear From A Guest…
“Lindsey was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and went out of her way to address any questions or concerns we had. For example, when we informed her that the coffee maker was not working, she made sure we had a fully functioning one in just a few short hours. The house itself is lovely — solid, attractive and clean, with great street appeal. The appliances are new, the furniture comfortable and in good repair. (If I were a realtor, this would be a dream house to sell!) The street is quiet and tree-lined, and provides easy access to all locations in the eastern suburbs as well as the city. This would be an ideal location for someone needing easy access to the Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve, and University Hospitals.” – Todd, from Walnut Creek, CA
