This charming 4 bed, 1 bath is ideal for tourists who want to be close to attractions but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cleveland, or for those who need a place to recover during or after a procedure at Cleveland Clinic or University Hospitals. Whole Foods, Starbucks, Panera, Target, Walmart, and more are super close by, along with many other Cleveland attractions.

The side door entrance uses a keypad system. The living and dining room are semi connected. The couch seats 3 people, and 2 wing back chairs are provided for extra comfort. There’s a big Smart TV with Roku hookup and fast WiFi (over 300 mbps)!

On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has a twin bed. The twin bedroom connects to a door that leads out to the porch area for enjoying an evening cocktail or catching up on the news.

The bathroom is a shower/tub combo with a detachable shower head, which many hospital patients enjoy using.

The second floor is carpeted with two beds.

There is plenty of space in the finished basement for storing items and luggage. The laundry room has a washer and dryer too.
