1. Rates shown on the individual property pages reflect a minimum stay of 7 nights, unless otherwise noted.
2. We offer extended stay discounts for bookings of 21 nights or longer. Please inquire directly for extended stay rate information. For reference: A one month short term stay averages between $1,500 and $6,000 depending on the size of the property and the season. We do not have anything cheaper than $1,500/month.
3. We require tenants to have good credit, with a minimum credit score of 650. If you do not meet this requirement we will not respond to your inquiry.
